  1. 01

    Scope

This policy describes how SKYDEEN processes personal data collected through skydeen.ai. SKYDEEN does not sell, share or rent data to any third party. SKYDEEN does not run advertising trackers, retargeting pixels or marketing fingerprinting.

Operational data processed under client engagements is governed by separate Master Services Agreements and Data Processing Agreements signed bilaterally.

  2. 02

    What we collect on skydeen.ai

Strategic Inquiry submissions — organisation name, decision-maker name and role, operational scope, sector, infrastructure type, classification level, and the strategic challenge described by the sender.

Aggregated, privacy-preserving analytics (page views, country at country-level granularity, referrer). No cookies, no IP address storage beyond rate-limiting windows.

  3. 03

    Why

Inquiries are read by SKYDEEN leadership only, for the sole purpose of responding to the sender. Inquiries are retained for the duration required to follow up and to comply with applicable laws.

Analytics are used to improve the site experience. They are not used to profile visitors.

  4. 04

    Where data is processed

Inquiry data is transmitted in-transit under TLS 1.3, processed by SKYDEEN executive infrastructure, and routed via Resend (transactional email) to skydeen.ai inboxes located in jurisdictions chosen for legal compatibility with our clients.

Site hosting is provided by Vercel under Edge runtime; analytics, if enabled, are processed by Plausible or Vercel Analytics in privacy mode.

    Your rights

If you have transmitted an inquiry, you may request access, rectification or deletion of your data by writing to contact@skydeen.ai. A PGP key is available on request.
