Ethics Charter.

Last updated — May 2026

  1. 01

    Selective engagement

SKYDEEN engages only with organisations whose mission is compatible with our charter. We decline engagements that would put us in operational conflict with another client, that would violate human-rights principles, or that would breach our sovereign engineering doctrine.

  2. 02

    Sovereignty of the client

We operate under the principle that the client must remain in full control of their data, their models, their infrastructure and their decisions. SKYDEEN engineers its own irrelevance: any system we deliver can be operated by the client without us.

  3. 03

    Dual-use technologies

We are conscious that any AI system can be misused. Our engagement model includes explicit guardrails on intended use, audit logs, and the right to withdraw if a client deploys SKYDEEN technology in a manner that breaches this charter.

  4. 04

    Restraint in public communication

SKYDEEN does not publish client logos or case studies without explicit client consent. We do not exploit client work for marketing. The site you are reading reflects this restraint by design.
